How To Create an Exciting Collaboration

This was a very exciting project for me, and I discovered that I love creating entire experiences for consumers. A lot went into this project and my teammates and I came up with a spectacular concept that I wish was real.

I did a lot of research on Maison Margiela’s Replica, and MoMA in order to come up with this concept which I thoroughly enjoyed. I also had to really use my creativity in order to come up with this entire concept from start to finish. It was truly an honor coming up with this mini adventure for consumers.

The Concept

  • The Beginning

    Imagine you’re scrolling through YouTube one day and come across one of your favorite influencers reviewing this PR box which is an exciting new collaboration between MoMA and Maison Margiela’s Replica

  • Pre-Sale Tickets

    You find out about this exciting collaboration later on that features Martin Margiela’s artwork and decide to get pre-sale tickets online, and the tickets come with this amazing sample box of many Replica fragrances.

  • The Ticket

    The ticket comes with this QR code, and when you scan it, it takes you to the preview of the exhibit.

  • The Exhibit

    You enter the exhibit and are fascinated by Martin Margiela’s artwork. Each room has numbers all over the walls for some reason, and has a unique and captivating scent. Why?

  • The Fragrance Bar

    At the end of the exhibit is a fragrance bar where there is a number by each station. You then realize that the numbers on the wall of each exhibit corresponds to the fragrance of the exhibit.

  • The Fragrances

    Each fragrance comes with amazing packaging that displays the name of the artwork, the number, the artwork itself, and a mirror in the box, making the packaging decorative and functional.

  • Friend Ticket

    With the purchase of a fragrance, you also get a “friend ticket” which you can give to someone so they can also experience A Replica MoMA.
